We'd rather grow slower than dilute trust. Every market we open requires curated home pros, real estate professional partnerships, and a level of operational depth that takes time to build. We open a market when we can serve it well — not before.

That's the principle. Practically: we're live in 12markets across NC, SC, and GA today. New markets are added market-by-market as we're confident we can hold the trust standard there.
