What Home Pros ask us first.
How did I end up on an agent’s page?
An agent you’ve worked with named you as the Home Pro they recommend for your trade. Their clients see you as that agent’s recommendation. It’s free, and there’s nothing you need to do to stay on their page.
Do I have to pay anything?
No. Being on an agent’s page is free, with no account, agreement or card needed. Fees apply only if you choose to have referrals handed to you or to add a gift card, and you see them before you choose.
What do I get when I join free?
A free account: see which agents list you and how often their clients ask for you, keep your business details, trades and service area accurate, and reply to your reviews.
Are referrals shared with other Home Pros?
No. A client who asks for your trade gets one Home Pro, the agent’s own pick. It’s never sent out for bids.
Where do my reviews come from?
From the clients agents refer to you. A review from a client who hired you with a gift card from their agent is marked “Verified customer”; the others are marked “Quoted only”. You can reply to each one.
Can I be removed?
Yes. Ask, and your business comes off every agent’s page, permanently and right away. If you’ve chosen one of the options above, you leave it first.
