1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Home Pro Valet platform, website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including homeowners, real estate agents, transaction coordinators, and home service vendors (collectively, “Users”).
2. Description of Services
Home Pro Valet is a digital concierge platform that connects homeowners with trusted home service vendors through their real estate professionals. The Platform facilitates vendor referrals, service coordination, and related communications to help homeowners maintain and improve their homes.
3. SMS / Text Message Communications
3.1 Program Description
Home Pro Valet operates an SMS messaging program to deliver transactional notifications and, with your additional consent, marketing communications related to the Platform and its services.
Program Name: Home Pro Valet
Program Description: Home service referral notifications, gift card delivery, appointment reminders, billing inquiries, and platform alerts.
3.2 How to Opt In
You may consent to receive SMS messages from Home Pro Valet through any of the following methods:
- Online form: By checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration or onboarding on our website
- Paper form: By signing a written consent form at a Home Pro Valet partner location or event
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Home Pro Valet sent via an automated telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provide. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
We send two categories of SMS messages:
Transactional Messages include:
- Appointment reminders
- Vendor referral alerts and follow-up messages
- Gift card delivery notifications
- Referral redemption confirmations
- Billing inquiries and payment notifications
- Account and platform notifications
Marketing Messages (requires separate opt-in) include:
- Promotional offers (if applicable)
- Platform announcements and feature updates
- Re-engagement messages
3.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the communications you are enrolled in. You may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week for transactional communications. Marketing messages, if opted in, will be sent at a lower frequency.
Actual frequency may be lower. We will not materially exceed these limits without providing prior notice.
3.4 Message and Data Rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally. Home Pro Valet is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier.
3.5 Supported Carriers
Home Pro Valet's SMS program is supported by most major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3.6 How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of SMS messages from Home Pro Valet at any time by:
- Texting STOP in reply to any Home Pro Valet text message. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to that number.
- Toggling your SMS preferences off in your account portal under Settings → Notifications.
- Contacting us at info@homeprovalet.com or (704) 644-0713 to request removal from our messaging list.
After opting out via STOP, if you wish to resume receiving messages, text START in reply to any previous message or contact us directly. Opting back in re-enrolls you in transactional messages only; marketing messages require a separate re-opt-in.

3.8 No Sharing of Opt-In Data
Home Pro Valet does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third party or affiliate company for marketing purposes. Your opt-in data is used solely to send the messages described in these Terms. Information may be shared with service providers (such as our SMS delivery platform) strictly to transmit messages on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
3.9 Standard Messaging Disclosures

- You can opt out at any time by texting “STOP.”

4. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, including our SMS communications practices.

5. User Accounts and Registration
5.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Platform does not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
5.2 Account Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Home Pro Valet immediately at info@homeprovalet.com of any unauthorized use of your account. Home Pro Valet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
5.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
6. Platform Rules and Prohibited Conduct
By using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Transmit unsolicited, spam, or harassing communications through the Platform
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its related systems
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Platform without authorization
- Use the Platform to transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent
7. Vendor Relationships and Referrals
7.1 Nature of Referrals
Home Pro Valet provides warm referrals connecting homeowners with home service vendors. Home Pro Valet does not perform home services itself and is not a party to any service agreement between homeowners and vendors.
7.2 No Guarantee of Services
Home Pro Valet makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of services provided by vendors on the Platform. Users engage with vendors at their own discretion and risk.
7.3 Gift Cards
Gift cards issued through the Platform are subject to the terms of the applicable gift card program, including expiration dates, restrictions, and redemption conditions. Gift cards have no cash value unless required by applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Home Pro Valet or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content without express written permission.
9. Cookies and Tracking
Home Pro Valet uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze website usage, and personalize content. You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings.
10. Your Rights

11. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to external websites. Home Pro Valet is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

Home Pro Valet implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Despite our efforts, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. HOME PRO VALET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOME PRO VALET AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE PLATFORM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HOME PRO VALET'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HOME PRO VALET IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Pro Valet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
17. Changes to These Terms
Home Pro Valet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Platform and updating the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
